Additional persons charge
The above prices are based on 1-4 persons staying. For each additional person, there is a nightly charge of $NZ 15.
Deposit
Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
Full Payment
Full payment is due at least one week prior to your stay.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 3 months before commencement of the holiday will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 6 weeks - 3 months before commencement of the holiday will receive 50% of the deposit in return.
- Cancellations made less than 6 weeks before commencement of the holiday will receive no refund.
Further refunds are available if your booking is replaced. As most people book holiday homes well in advance, it is often difficult to replace a cancellation at late notice. However, please be assured that we will do our utmost to assist you and to replace your booking should a cancellation be necessary. If a successful replacement is made, all your money will be returned to you. Please note if the booking was made through an agent, their fees will not be refundable.

The Beach House is perfect for couples, families and groups wanting a quiet, tranquil holiday away. Groups seeking a party venue should refrain from applying.
